In every hospital we’ve worked with, staff time is a premium, and simply adding another half-time or full-time employee is out of the question. Here’s how this service works:

You complete a detailed survey to identify your marketing objectives, tools, strategies, philosophy, staff responsibilities and budgets.

We conduct a site visit to become familiar with your hospital, marketing department, leadership, community, philosophy, and marketing strategy.

We complete a Market Department Audit report that recommends:

  • Activities and projects to keep
  • Activities and projects to reduce
  • Activities and projects to phase out
  • Ideal organization of responsibilities for you and your staff

Fee: $10,000 – $15,000
This price depends on the size of your organization.
